


sELF-ASSESSMENT
Users will be able to evaluate skills, knowledge and applicability for custom competencies, using scales that are easy to measure and track. Supervisors can utilize information from the self-assessment to develop goals to improve/enhance abilities in each competency.

Self care
Self Care can be used for peer support and/or a health and wellness plan for all staff. This allows for tracking of goals for each staff and a wellness plan to help identify and prevent burnout.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
​Corrective Action allows supervisors to document and track any issues related to action or behaviors that are in violation of agency policies. Any corrective action plan can also be ​added to an individual development plan. A useful tool for Human Resources and to assist in improving quality assurance within an agency.

TRAINING MANAGEMENT
Track and record attendance to training sessions in detail. Sessions can be customized and saved to the library for future use and linked back to the individual development plan for easy access.
